Hello.

I want to use Tower view with vPilot.

I started proxy server of euroscope, then entered .towerview to vPilot working P3D v3 multi player tower view.

After that,vPilot was displayed "Connection error (10061).I checked to open port 6809,but it has already opened.

If you have many solutions, please tell me.

Thanks!

Error 10061 is "connection refused", so something is blocking the port. You mentioned that you opened the port, but where did you open it? It needs to be opened in the firewall on your local computer. (Not somewhere else like your router ... the router doesn't come into play here.)

Also, if you're opening it in your firewall for a specific program, it needs to be open for ES, not vPilot, since ES is the program that actually opens the port to wait for connections.

I'm [Mod - Happy Thoughts]uming you're running vPilot and P3D on the same machine. Is that right?

Thank you for your reply.

I opened both TCP and UDP of 6809.

I'm running vPilot and P3D on the same computer.

I did Number 6809.

I see that in this page Euroscope has needed to open port of 6809 for using tower view.

Did you open port 6809 in your router, or in your Windows firewall?

That was not a yes or no question. Which one did you open it in ... the router or the Windows firewall?

I'm sorry.

I opened it in the router. And I excluded euroscope and vPilot from windows firewall.

Opening the port in your router shouldn't be necessary since you're connecting internally. Excluding ES and vPilot from the firewall should be sufficient ... not sure why it won't connect.

Have you checked if your antivirus has a firewall option, that may block application connections?

Can you connect two proxy connections of Euroscope?

Also I excluded it from antivirus.

So I probably can connect them.

Can you connect 2 Euroscope sessions or not?

Or does it work with Towerview now?
