Alec Stelloh 969122 Posted April 2, 2017 at 03:13 PM Posted April 2, 2017 at 03:13 PM Hey guys! Occasionally I have to travel for work and I take my laptop which isn't too powerful with me and I fly Fs2004 to kill time in the hotel most of the time. I have been looking to pick up a 737 payware to load up on my FS2004 laptop but I cant remember if either the IFLY or PMDG was better back in the FS9 days. Im pretty sure nowadays in FSX and P3d everyone would say PMDG but back in the older FS2004 versions which one is better. I'm looking for realism and functionality. Also would they work in windows 8? Very much appreciated Thanks Alec
Ernesto Alvarez 818262 Posted April 2, 2017 at 03:24 PM Posted April 2, 2017 at 03:24 PM Ifly for FS9. but i also remember some users having OOM issues with it. a good alternative for me at least was the wilco 737. its the -300 and -400 but pretty good. flew that thing all over the US although i think the wilco has compatibility issues with win10 if you use that. Arthur Melton Posted April 2, 2017 at 09:32 PM Posted April 2, 2017 at 09:32 PM Hi, IFly 737 series for sure I fly it all the time with FS9 .I have FSX installed but never use it.My programme is Windows 7. I also have the PMDG 747-400 and the MD11 but the iFly beats them all especially the FMS.
