To address the lack of a dedicated and active VA based on the real world Virgin Atlantic Airways, Virgin Atlantic Virtual was established to provide the flight simulation fraternity and Virgin Atlantic fans with the opportunity to model the operations of Virgin Atlantic Airways – an award-winning airline and the second largest long haul airline in the UK. Utilising the Virtual Airlines Financial Systems (VAFS) platform to simulate the economics of operating an airline, Virgin Atlantic Virtual seeks to provide flight simulation enthusiasts with an immersive virtual career experience.
