Richard Green 810012 Posted May 12, 2006 at 02:02 PM Posted May 12, 2006 at 02:02 PM Gareth - Make sure Mick gets this, I had several controllers ask me if Mick was a RW controllers, as that was the best time they had seen at EGLL in "many moons". I know I for one was not only impressed with the professionalism, but probably more in the "nutter factor" of someone who comes home from a hard day to simulate what he does for a living. A comment I heard his wife echoed. That being said, I hope he makes this a regular visit. I for one will make an effort to attend. Perhaps he could run some training workshops Richard Green VATSIM Supervisor SB Testing & Support Team VRC Testing & Support Team
Mick Robinson 823402 Posted May 12, 2006 at 02:45 PM Posted May 12, 2006 at 02:45 PM Thanks all those who showed up last night, not near enough traffic to keep my interest unfortunately which is a shame as the night could have been so much better for all involved, pilots and ATC. Last night is not something I intend on doing regularly, as Richard says, its a bit "nutter-ish"...I will stick to virtual flying I reckon. Anyway the objective was really to let other people get something out of the night and if that was acheived then I suppose you could call it a success. Cheers, Mick Mick Robinson RW ATCO (LHR)
