Jim Barrett Posted June 10, 2017 at 05:17 PM Posted June 10, 2017 at 05:17 PM Just installed 2.1.5 in my new P3D V4. Running in HOST mode on the P3D V4 computer, and REMOTE(VOICE) mode on a networked laptop. Everything works fine, except when I click on an online controller on the remote instance, it does not tune the COM radio on the P3D machine to the controller's frequency. I DO get the controller's ATIS text status message on the remote CP. If I manually tune the radio in the sim to the controller's frequency, I will hear the connection chime on the remote, and I am able to send and receive voice coms with him. I [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned a joystick button for PTT on the HOST computer, and pressing it does p[Mod - Happy Thoughts] the PTT command along to the remote. Uhm ... unless I'm getting senile and forgot that I wrote such a feature, that has never worked. You need to tune your radio panel or use the dot commands. Jim Barrett Posted June 11, 2017 at 12:29 AM Author Posted June 11, 2017 at 12:29 AM I could have sworn it did, but it has been a long time (a couple of years) since I last used VPilot, and I'm obviously mis-remembering how it worked. In that case, I'm happy to report that it is working perfectly in all regards, with P3D V4, running the client on a networked laptop. Now begins the search for AI aircraft models compatible with the new 64 bit sim...
