Vpilot UDP Issue - Was "Bug"

This doesn't sound like a vPilot bug but rather a common user-side networking issue.

 

The problem is very likely that your router's UPnP functionality is ceasing to route the incoming voice data packets on UDP port 3290 after a period of inactivity. The typical solution is to either set up port forwarding for that port, or, less commonly, try to find the UPnP timeout interval in your router's settings and increase it.
