Want to change to South East Asia Division or Indonesian Division as I moved to Bali Indonesia. also for ATC training

You have to go via https://www.vatsim.net/members/member-help

and change region to Asia. Then you have to contact us again to [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ign you to VATSEA. let me know if this helps.

So the region would be VATSEA, is there a Indonesian Division and active or to which division will I be [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned to? Ideally the most active would be great.

All Divisions operate at a normal pace and are active.
