I'm returning to VATSIM after a couple of years away from my XPlane10 Sim and I'm having trouble connecting. I know my username and p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word so I requested an Account Reactivation. However the email I got in response simply showed my username/p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word (which I already knew) and didn't say anything about account reactivation.
