Just to say that I am completely unable to run Accomeap. Every time I try and launch I am getting:

A JavaScript Error occurred in the main process

Uncaught Exception:

TypeError: Cannot read property "bounds_width" of undefined

at App.createWindow (E:\Accomeap\resources\app.asar\main.js:74:28)

at emitTwo (events.js:111:20)

at App.emit (events.js:191:7)

Have tried several times, including full clean installs of the latest 1.4.1 downloaded from the website tonight with the same result.

Any ideas? W10 x64.

Hi Simon.

Navigate to the Accomeap folder via %appdata%/Roaming/Accomeap and delete the settings.json file. Should fix it.

I think it is a great tool with a clean layout. Great job for that.

but I find it hard to navigate the map on a tough device like the surface though. Maybe you could implement dedicated map control buttons (zoom in, out, pan (disable zoom)) because when not using a mouse the app often zooms in (area zoom) while I try to just move the map.

Just something to think about.

Cheers,

We could possibly add these controls in, have you tried disabling the "Right-Click Zoom" option in the settings? It should improve zooming and panning while using a touch-screen device.

Lately everytime i click on an airport i get a red banner "WHoops error has occured"; Win 10.

Then the window goes all white and never recovers... i like the new app however it has a long way to go to be as smooth as VatSpy. I was going to switch cold turkey to Accomeap, but right now i just can't. Is there a way to report errors other than on here?

Is anyone having trouble with Accomeap? When I load the program in Win 10 I get the error 404 and everything freezes. I have tried to reload the program but with the same result. I have tried t run the program as administrator and non administrator rights with no effect, same result. i have added accomeap to allow the firewall to acept. I have tried to run program with virus and firewall off. I have visited http://accomeap-project.com/ to re-download but all I get is V2 coming soon. This is very frustrating as I like to see what traffic and controllers are around.

Any advice greatly appreciated

I believe I read a facebook post from them that stated they were shutting down server support for V1 in preparation for V2. I can't remember exactly when they were going to be doing that.

Hi Phillip,

Matt is correct. We have deactivated the old Accomeap v1 server in preparation for Accomeap v2 which will be coming very soon. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page and our website for up to date information on Accomeap v2.
