I havn`t been on for about 3 three years and I am back in the game and when i went to simroutes they are no it use anymore can some one give me some links to get some good routes for me thanks

Depends on where you are flying Eric.

 

For Europe I try to use this... http://vatroute.net/

 

For the US and parts of Canada I try to use this... http://flightaware.com/

 

And there is always the free version of vRoute for the entire world... http://vroute.net/

For US flying, I'll also offer SkyVector as a good choice. Not only do they have a database of preferred and recently-filed real-world routes, but if that fails to find a canned route, you're already staring at the necessary charts you'd need to start planning your own route from scratch.

For North America www.simbrief.com is awesome for auto gen route as well as winds, notams, etc, just like RW airline dispatch (you can select certain output formats for certain airlines). You can then export that route into skyvector.com as mentioned above. Simbrief will also work well in Europe, I've used it many times there, it tries to use RW routes from flightaware.
