I p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ed the P1 test a few days ago that I took on the Vatsim Pilot Training Academy. https://academy.vatsim.net/course I submitted a ticket yesterday regarding my having received no confirmation email after more than 3 days , and received an email that said the following.

"Your ticket has reached Membership Department. We are handling Membership issues only. The ratings are [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned by local organisations, in your case your authorised pilot training organisation where you were p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ing your exam.

You should contact them in order to resolve the issue."

 

I went back to the Academy, and I can find no email address or link to contact someone to resolve this issue. Anyone have any idea who to contact?

If you were going to contact someone, it would be VATGOV14 [email protected]
