Robert Cardone 1323915 Posted October 5, 2017 at 09:15 PM Posted October 5, 2017 at 09:15 PM I p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ed the P1 test a few days ago that I took on the Vatsim Pilot Training Academy. https://academy.vatsim.net/course I submitted a ticket yesterday regarding my having received no confirmation email after more than 3 days , and received an email that said the following. "Your ticket has reached Membership Department. We are handling Membership issues only. The ratings are [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned by local organisations, in your case your authorised pilot training organisation where you were p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ing your exam. You should contact them in order to resolve the issue." I went back to the Academy, and I can find no email address or link to contact someone to resolve this issue.
