Doug Davies 912491 Posted November 30, 2017 at 01:44 AM Posted November 30, 2017 at 01:44 AM I tried opening VATSpy today and got an error message saying the program was closing down. Now, I can't even get it to open. It worked fine until today. I'm also running as Admin. Help. Doug
Sachin Gnath Posted November 30, 2017 at 06:04 AM Posted November 30, 2017 at 06:04 AM Go to Run Type: %AppData%/VAT-Spy Press enter, you should see a file called VATSpyConfig or VATSpyConfig.xml. Delete the file and restart VATSpy. Hope this helps! Regards, S G

Board of Governors Don Desfosse Posted December 3, 2017 at 12:47 PM Board of Governors Posted December 3, 2017 at 12:47 PM OK, making it a bit more step-by-step: 1. Go to Run 2. Type: %AppData%/VAT-Spy 3. Press enter For step 1, [Mod - Happy Thoughts]uming you use Windows, most folks would click on the Windows icon in the bottom left of their screen and type run, then select Run, or alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut [Win-R] Hope that helps Don Desfosse Vice President, Operations
Don Smith Posted May 22, 2020 at 03:55 PM Posted May 22, 2020 at 03:55 PM WOW, this very hard to find you, Don! But, I want to THANK YOU for your instructions to fix the VAT-Spy Program. I never knew how much I depended on VAT-Spy until I lost the use of it! I am back in the air and very dangerous to Airport Emergency Crews everywhere! Thanks Again Don Smith VATSIM ID: 1001023 "Tower - ASO455 - Reporting a flock of birds on short final!"
