When i started vSTARS I got the following error: Could not initialize SoundManager: Could not load file or [Mod - Happy Thoughts]embly 'Microsoft.DirectX.AudioVideoPlayback, Version=1.0.2902.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. I then tried running as administrator, then uninstalling it and installing the beta version 1.1.7, and running that as administrator. Still not working. Note that this package does not modify the DirectX Runtime installed on your Windows OS in any way.
