Kyle Ramsey 810181 Posted June 4, 2006 at 03:05 AM Posted June 4, 2006 at 03:05 AM Due to real world commitments Dave Pasco has tendered his resignation as TA for the Boston ARTCC. I want to thank Dave for his tireless efforts and hard work, and am glad to hear he will continue on as a Staff Instructor. At the recommendation of Dan Everette, the acting Boston ATM, the VATUSA Training Department has approved the appointment of Ross Carlson to take on the position as TA. Ross, who is no stranger to VATSIM or VATUSA, has been instrumental in Boston’s training department for several years and is more than qualified to take on this new role. On behalf of the VATUSA Staff, I want to congratulate Ross on his appointment. There is no doubt VATUSA will continue to see great things with him behind the wheel. Ross Carlson Posted June 4, 2006 at 06:24 PM Posted June 4, 2006 at 06:24 PM Thanks all. My goal is simple: To maintain the excellent training program that ZBW has had in place since long before I discovered VATSIM. If it ain't broke, don't fix it ... just maintain it. Francis Ko 963228 Posted June 9, 2006 at 09:16 PM Posted June 9, 2006 at 09:16 PM I sorta know Ross from previous threads. Pretty amazing guy, including his ability to keep cool in 'certain' situations. Ross here is the real deal and I wish him the best of luck. Be amazing in your new position and don't let anybody trip ya! I dare say that these days you can't find good airfare. The only reason to put me in despair.
