I guess this is due to some 'security considerations' in this version of the phpBB forum system. We've had the same problem in our German vACC-SAG forum - the indicator is not being displayed because of the fact that the file name in your tags does not have a file extension of a valid image format and you are specifying those additional parameters (?id=123456 etc.), which the forum does not permit.
