VATSIM is committed to publicizing VATSIM events on its Website (https://www.vatsim.net/events) and official social media platforms.

 

In order to have an event cross-posted on the Website and Social Media platforms, the following rules apply:

 

  1. The event must have been been posted in the Fly-in Notices forum in the VATSIM forums, as outlined in this post.
  2. The event must include a suitable image. Posting the event in the forums indicates approval for VATSIM to use this image when publicizing the event.
  3. The event must be posted in the Fly-in Notices forum NO LESS than 14 days before the event.
  4. VATSIM accepts no responsibility for errors made in the initial post or in any subsequent publicity.
