It's time to go outside and enjoy that Minnesota Spring... or not. Snow from the previous week dumped a foot of snow in the Twin Cities, and the clear skies makes it a gorgeous winter day in Minneapolis and St. Paul. MSP will be fully staffed for 5 straight hours, so come on down and enjoy that cl[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ic Minnesota not-Spring!
