VATSIM UK and VATSIM Scandinavia are pleased to join up for our first event in some time - the North Sea Triangle!

 

Continuing our desire to bring events to different parts of the country and to give some variety in the events on offer, we move to Yorkshire for our first Triangle event. With a 13% rise in p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]enger traffic during 2016/17, Leeds Bradford is slowly gaining ground as a popular outlet for p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]engers in the UK. And by teaming up with VATSIM Scandinavia, we hope to replicate this on the network as we invite you to travel between there, Billund in Denmark and Bergen, Norway!

 

Take a trip to Billund to see the Lego factory at the airport built by the same company! Or take a trip to Norway's second largest city, and former capital Bergen with history stretching back to the Viking era. Of course, if you've headed over to either of these destinations early, why not fly the return with full ATC cover over the North Sea and at all three airfields.

 

Controllers, why not try your hand at managing traffic while backtracking departures at an airfield that's seen almost 250 movements this month as it sees it's virtual presence increase in popularity also.
