Richard McDonald Woods Posted April 1, 2018 at 02:24 PM Posted April 1, 2018 at 02:24 PM Hi Ross, Hi Ross, I now have 1582 models and 1496 identified on a vPilot Host Mode GUI that is quite different in v2.1.11. With P3Dv4.2 running, I see Yes for Connected to simulator but No for Connected to Remote and Connected to network. I [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ume that Remote refers to running vPilot on a separate PC. Dumb question - I don't understand how to connect to VATSIM. How do I do this? Cheers, Richard Cheers, Richard You are the music, until the music stops. Ross Carlson Posted April 1, 2018 at 02:27 PM Posted April 1, 2018 at 02:27 PM Are you trying to run in split host/remote mode or no? Developer: vPilot, VRC, vSTARS, vERAM, VAT-Spy Senior Controller, Boston Virtual ARTCC
Richard McDonald Woods Posted April 1, 2018 at 03:03 PM Author Posted April 1, 2018 at 03:03 PM Hi Ross, Good question. I don't know. I am trying to run vPilot and P3Dv4.2 on the same PC, if that helps. Cheers, Richard You are the music, until the music stops. T.S.Eliot
Ross Carlson Posted April 1, 2018 at 03:09 PM Posted April 1, 2018 at 03:09 PM Then you are not running in split host/remote mode. So if you are seeing the host mode UI, then you are running the wrong shortcut. Just run the "vPilot" shortcut.
