Can only transmit voice when vPilot is in focus

I can only transmit voice comms when vPilot is in focus using push to talk, which is an issue because when FSX isn't in focus, I can't hear anything. When I try to transmit voice with FSX in focus, nothing happens.

Note that if you want to use a keyboard key for PTT, and you run FSX as an administrator, you must also run vPilot as an administrator for the key press to be recognized.
