The Board of Governors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Saad Belouafi as the new Regional Director for the Africa & Middle East Region. Saad has most recently been Director at VATME, the Middle East Division. Saad also brings a wealth of other VATSIM experience to this important position. We look forward to working with him.
