File it VFR, origin and destination the same, leave Alternate blank, put the traffic pattern altitude in for cruise altitude, and for route just put "CLOSED TRAFFIC." For flight time I usually just put 0h 30m; I figure that gets me about three times around the pattern before I get bored, but, adjust as necessary or don't worry about it. Cheers, -R.
