It fails to instruct us how to connect I was informed how to connect by another controller in my ARTCC who stated the following sequence of events - which I followed to a successful connection:- 1. Choose a Pull Down ATIS Code (A-Z?) 2. Choose a profile (bottom of screen between "Refresh" and "Connect to"). 3. Click on the "Connect to" 4. Your VATSIM Connection to the network appears - click to that 5 Finally - click on the Voice Server "Connect" button (bottom left of the screen, and Bang!
