Markus Vitzethum Posted June 12, 2018 at 07:13 AM Posted June 12, 2018 at 07:13 AM The interesting part is shown on the official Worldflight 2018 route map on Facebook. It shows an intermediate leg running from Barcelona to Samedan / LSZS before going to Zurich. Also, the leg time for the LEBL-LSZH is 2h 10min which is slightly long for 460nm flight. So, something seems to be happening at Samedan, but not details have emerged so far. Quote from the Simfest team (G. Oliver): "Ah now this is genius this one this is the destination for a world flight challenge where landing is not required... more details to emerge later in the year."
