Cleveland ARTCC (ZOB) invites all pilots to come make Leszek Kwasniowski sweat his way through his OTS to earn his C1 rating. Come fly Detroit Metropolitan (KDTW), Cleveland-Hopkins (KCLE), Pittsburgh (KPIT), Buffalo (KBUF) and many more airports in our airspace to support Leszek. The OTS will take place on the network Sunday July 22nd, 2018 from 1900-2100Z (3-5pm ET).
