Not a guarantee, but generally on a Saturday in October, plus or minus a couple of weeks.

Thank you very much, Just a question, will you be able to notify me when this event takes pace, this would be very helpful as I am a very busy person and won't be able to check every time.

There are usually a thousand or more pilots clamoring for 500-600 slots which, when released, are normally largely all claimed within about 20 minutes.

I don't speak for the event organizers, but, I doubt very much that they will be very inclined to send personal emails to anyone who might be interested in joining the event.

In short, if you want a slot, you should probably just check the forums every so often.

Cheers,
-R.

Your inclination is correct.

I'm a very busy person too, but I'll do it for $2,000. I'll even attempt to get you a slot for another $5,000, and will allow you to have the slot for another $10,000....

Seriously, though, Rob is spot on. Many of us are very busy. If you were trying to be funny and forgot to put the smiley in, know that although many of us rolled our eyes at your post, I'm sure at least a few chuckled....
