Routes? (Including outside SAG...)

Greetings my european counterparts,

Well, I've pretty much mastered flying in the USA from both a real world, and VATSIM perspective. And, well, it now seems boring to fly the same routes AGAIN and AGAIN.

Now, I have decided to undertake the great leap of flying in europe. (Atleast, for us "yanks" it is a great leap!)

From flying in the USA, I have discovered great resources such as FlightAware (Real world flight tracking), and Simroutes (which, I am a route maker on). As we all are well familiar with, the FS Default planner is just rubbish, and the "routefinder" is somewhat unreliable in regards to realistic routes, from what I can see. (Remember, I am talking from a USA/North America flightplanning perspective here, so please correct me if I'm wrong!)

Is there a few resources that can provide me with realistic routes, SID/STAR's for the airports in europe, or a combination of both? So far, I've found the VACC-SAGG flightplanner, but that only provides me with routes within the VACC-SAGG realm of control. What if I wanted to fly, say, ELLX-KJFK, or LSZH-FAJS? (Just examples here...)

Is there a database, or list of routes that are REALISTIC (not necessarilly REAL, but, would be REALLY close), that includes SIDS/STARS, and I won't be rerouted once I leave one FIR, only to discover that the routing is different in another?

In the end, I might break down and buy Jeppesen charts and plot my routes the "real-world" way, but, for right now, I want to explore less cost-prohibitive options.

Any advice, help, and links would be much appreciated,
