vSTARS Freq Monitor Error

Just wondering if anyone has gotten this error or if it is just me? When I try to monitor another frequency that is online it gives me the following error...

 

The thing is, it worked about 5 minutes prior, and then I turned it off. However, when I tried to turn it back on to monitor again, it only gives me this error.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

That's probably related to another bug report where if you disconnect from a voice frequency and then reconnect, you can get that same error.
