RADIO selection

for atis and atc i've selected 1200 for adf1.

now do i use pnl; nav or adf to hear atis/atc.

i'm a real newbie.

using xsquawkbox; b737-800 zibo

help on this would be handy; thanks.

i've read the notes on vatsim but not really helpful. lots left out and learning too.

Eric -- it seems to me that you're VERY confused about what COM radios, NAV radios, ADFs, and Transponders do. I'm wondering, with that basic a knowledge level, would it be a better idea to start with flying a much less complicated aircraft instead of a fully-modeled, near-study-level airliner like the Zibo 737? I invite you to check out VATSTAR if you want some help, but I caution you -- you'll need to be willing to learn things one step at a time and not expect to be a simulated airline captain within a month.
