David had talk to me some days ago to tell me that he had make the decision to step down as Divisional Director of Brazil. He is stepping down due to new challenges on his personal life that requerid most of his time. This been said I will like you all, to join me and thank him for the work done on the division and the amount of hours that hi give to this Division and the Region for free. All of his great work had been seen by others and is going to be really hard to replace. Ones again Thank you David for your hard work.
