You won't actually be able to control actual a/c until you're outta the academy.

Johnathon,

I see you are in QLD but notice that your Region is North America. The training academy is North American based only. Should you wish to control in your home Region we can have you plugged in as early as this weekend, virtually controlling at your local airport!

Should you want to do this, drop me an email and I will make sure the right people can [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ist you.

You can also check in our local website and forum at www.vatpac.org

Once enrolled your teacher will go everything you need to know for working DEL to TWR on the radar client of your choice, via the training simulator. All the files you will need are available for download in the Academy.

Speaking of itchin to control..

I've emailed a few individuals (training@; vatusa1@) of the VATUSA Staff regarding taking the first test and have heard no reply.

It's been a few days.

Any status update for this newcomer?

Thanks!

Thanks Jeff!

My apologies, a day or so since I emailed you. Longer for training@. I thought it was odd that I haven't heard at least something from either so I thought there was possibly some email issues. Just wanted to follow up by another means.

Sorry to trouble you. Look forward to hearing from Jason!

No trouble at all... I just have a lot of email and haven't had time to go thru all of it... yet... Jason will get you squared away and get you going.
