The Pandemic team is happy to announce the date of our next fully immersive pandemic vatsim boardgame experience.

 

From Friday the 16th to the 18th come fly with us in the Rockies around the clock and shuttle doctors and hazmat supplies for the CDC and WHO as we try to save the pacific northwest from a deadly pandemic.

I am sorry, I'm afraid it has been decided not to add the event as there is no guaranteed ATC during any part of the event.

We have tried contacting ATC divisions and we have managed to get ATC during the event. As the event is almost 72 hours André i am sure some ATC will be online at some point. This is also a pilot network, not just ATC.

 

Unless this has changed i see no reason for you guys not to promote an event that has brought more than 500 completed flights on the network. Could you let me know who made the decision was it during an [Mod - Happy Thoughts]embly of vatgov?

 

And where are your policies regarding publication of events? Do you need guaranteed pilot attendance before you promote an event or only ATC ?

 

As this is the fifth event in pandemic I feel like this change should have at least been communicated to us....

CDC warns of spread of H.I.P.S.T.E.R out of Vancouver to the whole Rockies region, The autumn weather has brought out a new outbreak of this terrible infection. Symptoms include Plad skin rashes facial hair grow and the delusion of being unique. Highly Contagious. Please contact the WHO CDC or PHACEPR do not approach. Teams have been dispatched to hotspots around the Rockies
