I'm learning the vERAM simulator and I can't seem to change the Flight Plan of a selected target. My network rating is a OBS Pilot/Observer. How do I change it to become a controller? When signing up, do I have to select "I am a ATC in real life"? I note that your Division is VATUSA. Depending on where you would like to be a controller will dictate what you need to do next. Take a look over at http://www.vatusa.net for more help. I see they have a CBT solution for getting through the initial steps. Whilst OBS rated you wont be able to change plans on the live network.
