Jacob Smith 1384525 Posted December 12, 2018 at 10:04 AM Posted December 12, 2018 at 10:04 AM I posted a similar thing about flying under them, but I want to know if it's the same concept for flying over them as well. I'm planning to fly a Phenom 300 from Boston to Shannon on Saturday during an event, and the best cruising altitude for the aircraft is at FL410. The NATS only go up to FL390. Could I still file the NAT, and get clearance to fly the NAT? Or could I file the NAT route and just mention all my co-ordinates without actually saying the NAT designator to clearance? I apologise if that made no sense, Thanks in advance, Jacob.
