Xsquawkbox popup not appear in X-plane 11 3 Monitor

Hi people, have a Xplane 11, with 3 outputs,

Monitor 1 - Without use (showing Instruments)

Monitor 2 - Principal Monitor (External view)

Monitor 3 - Instructor console

 

The problem is, when I try to open any plugin, the plugin popup doesn't appear in the instructor monitor, any have the same problem, or have any suggestion to check?
