VATSIM UK look forward to welcoming you to London’s Heathrow Airport this coming Saturday 5th January 2019! Handling around 1,300 take-offs and landings a day, our Real Ops event will test the skills of controllers and pilots alike.

 

From 17:00Z to 21:00Z, we will be staffing Heathrow and London Control in the hope of providing event aircraft with a service ‘as real as it gets’. Using flight data from a Saturday in December, bookings are available for over 200 flights!

* If you don’t manage to grab a slot, you are most welcome to fly to/from Heathrow but should expect significant delays, as this event is designed to handle the same flights that the real airport would in this time period. You could also make use of the ATC at other airports in the London area.
