My son has tried to join up with VATSIM no less than three times, after not receiving the auto-email that confirms his p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word. Yes, he has used a real email address. I have emailed VATSIM twice, but have not received an answer. Is there anyone else I can email to get my son's ID up and running? Thanks. Please can you check your spam folder since somewhere along the lines it would appear that VATSIM emails are not getting to you. Please have Shannon email me norman {a} vatsim dot net with as much detail as possible, in particular showing which email address he would like to use.
