Mike Lehkamp Posted January 22, 2019 at 08:37 AM Posted January 22, 2019 at 08:37 AM 757Simulator recently welcomed American Eagle pilot Karim Shahim while he was on a layover at KCVG (Cincinnati). At a young age, this gentlemen has accomplished more in 4-5 years than most do in a lifetime. Karim and I met on VATSIM one evening while I was flying into LaGuardia. Karim was my controller. As traffic was light, he asked a few questions about the simulator and advised he was a real world pilot for American Eagle. After I screwed up the Hudson River approach, Karim advised that he flys into CVG often. I advised next time he was in our area to contact us. Well, he did. On Saturday August 25, Karim stopped by and we had a ball. Thank you VATSIM!!!
