Who to contact regarding a VA event and getting ATC coverage

My VA is planning our first anniversary event for 3/31/2019 and would like to see about getting ATC coverage. Our event is a two leg route from KATL to KMSP and then on to KSLC. I have contacted all three ARTCC's via email, but have not heard a reply from either three. Is there a specific place where one can request ATC on the VATSIM website? Thank you in advance.

Traffic will always attract Controllers. Best thing you can is to inform them that you will have an event, and they can inform their controllers. Not certain they can provide ATC, but it's a good chance

I don't immediately see a link for Minneapolis to request staffing.

 

Salt Lake doesn't have a form either but their Event Coordinator's email address is available here: https://zlcartcc.com/management

Probably the best place to check the info for each ARTCC's Event Coordinators would be at: https://www.vatusa.net/info/members

 

All three ARTCCs have an Event Coordinator listed and the page that I linked will give you their email! Good luck with your event!

Mark, what e-mail address did you use to contact the Atlanta EC? I just checked and he said he never received an email from you or any other VA requesting ATC coverage.

I see you left feedback at our website. I want to make sure that you e-mailed our Events Coordinator at zmp-ec_AT_vatusa_DOT_net. That's our best point of contact to set up staffing.
