VATSIM announces new Vice President - Membership

 

April 13, 2019

 

VATSIM is pleased to announce that Don Desfosse has been selected to the Board of Governors as the new Vice President - Membership (VATGOV12). Don hails from the Northeast United States and brings a wealth of VATSIM staff experience to the Board of Governors.

 

Don has served in various leadership positions within VATSIM as a supervisor, ATC instructor, Air Traffic Manager for the Boston vARTCC, and Division Director for the United States Division. Don brings fresh new ideas for not only the membership department, but for VATSIM as a whole!

 

Don is replacing our current Vice President - Membership, Daniel Gomes, who indicated his intent to retire from the Board of Governors late last year. Please join the BoG in thanking Daniel for his service to VATSIM and congratulating Don on his new position!

You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
