xplane crashes

Couple of times now I have set up my plane for take off ,taken off in mid flight xplane stops responding and then closes ..any ideas

If your issue is with X-Plane and not specifically with the VATSIM network, you might get a better response at the x-plane.org Forum. I will tell you though that you're definitely going to need to post some more details, such as what airplane you're using, where this occurred & what scenery you may have installed in that area, and perhaps the contents of your "log.txt".

Ok so I took on what you said but I decided to fly the same route without being connected to vatsim (sqwarkbox) and successfully flew from take-off to landing

Doesn't mean VATSIM (or XSquawkBox) was the cause. And even if it was, deciding not to fly online just avoids the problem rather than fixing it. Details about the flight and contents of "log.txt" can tell us why it happened, possibly.
