I have used swift for a decent bit now and all was fine until I factory reset my computer and got all my stuff back, whenever I fly on swift now the planes are half way in the ground and no idea why. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jonathan,

I [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ume that you are using X-Plane with the BlueBell model set, arent't you? If so, please download and install the "vertical offset fix" for your BlueBell models.

Basically you can find this information here: https://dev.swift-project.org/ (use the search field on the top right)

For your specific case you'll need this page: https://dev.swift-project.org/w/help/installation/xplanecg/

Just follow the instructions from the first bullet-point.

Please let us know if it solved your problem or not. You may also join us on our Discord server. The details/address can be found on our help page, just search for "discord" and you'll get all the information.

Vert Offsets do work however in my case whilst aircraft are now at correct level, the undercarriage of all aircraft is missing???

Have made decision to use Swift. Moving my XSB to a storage drive has fixed my problems and undercarriage of other aircraft now normal. Having two clients just confused my sim!

Basically X-Plane can only use on channel to send information about aircraft parts etc. and unless XSB has been removed from the plugins directory, it will occupy this channel and swift cannot send/receive this data.
