[X-PLANE 10][SMART CO-PILOT] Help me learn the basics of vat

Im 17 years old from Germany but have lived in Canada for 7 years. I have been playing FSX since I was 9 or so. I have never really understood the all the buttons in a plane, I'm trying to learn that now on the 737-800 (zibbo mod). I would love for someone to help me learn these steps and how to master vatsim. I would kindly ask if anyone want's to fly with me around the world and in the mean time understand how to fly the 737 and how to use Vatsim.
