I recently joined VATSIM...about a month ago. I have been enjoying it a lot. However, when I joined, I neglected to select a Division (United States) and so did not receive a p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word for VATUSA. As I browsed around, I found that I needed to fix that, and I did. That was about a week ago I think. I tried VATSIM personnel and they replied they had nothing to do with VATUSA and would have to work it through the VATUSA website. I cannot find a place to do that. So I did find the staff members list with email address and sent one a message about it. That was 3 or 4 days ago. No response. Is there someone who can help me? I really want to help out on ATC.

The VATUSA p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word is separate from the VATSIM p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word; therefore, the remedy for a lost or forgotten p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word can be found on the VATUSA website. If you have lost your p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word, use the link provided below (which can be found on the VATUSA website under "YOUR VATUSA") to fine your "LOST P[Mod - Happy Thoughts]WORD":

Ok, that's barely two days ago... Not 3 or 4... So, like I said, send me a email with your info and I'll take care of it... Certainly people have real lives to tend to and can't respond as fast as we would always want.

Yes I apologize for the number of days. It seems longer I guess but I looked of the date after your email and I was wrong. Sorry I wasn't complaining at all, at least I hope it didn't sound that way...just frustated and anxious at not being able to figure out how to do this. Again I apologize and I hope Scott gets the apology as well.
