Neil Roberts 1397619 Posted August 27, 2019 at 08:12 AM Posted August 27, 2019 at 08:12 AM Hi, have the problem of unable to connect with swift . Getting this . https://dev.swift-project.org/file/data/3t6j3hsdbxgtbot34b55/PHID-FILE-drmnkulayg67mumcixnh/Not_authorized_for_VATSIM.PNG I have reinstalled the cilent twice, plus did a clean install by a regedit cleanout. Up until two days ago all was fine. My Vatsim account is not banned as I can still use Xsqwakbox and Vpilot for each of the sims. Any ideas. Andreas Fuchs Posted August 27, 2019 at 08:45 AM Posted August 27, 2019 at 08:45 AM Hi Neil, I hope we can help you. Have you updated the VATSIM server IPs? There have been m[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ive changes on the infrastructure (new servers installed, old servers retired). Maybe this is your problem. On the connect menu of swift GUI select another VATSIM-server from the drop-down list, e.g. Australia. If this does not resolve your problem, then the most efficient way for you will be contacting us on Discord: https://dev.swift-project.org/w/contact/ If you prefer using the forum here, no problem. We will need some more details from you: - FS version - swift version Cheers, Andreas Member of VATSIM GermanyMy real flying on InstagramMy Twitch streams of VATSIM flights and ATC
