P.S. I know of Vatalert on Android that partly fix the problem, but is not usable since it does not recover from network loss, or temporarily Airplane Mode switch. Also, is there some API that would give access to such information ? I know about https://status.vatsim.net/, but this requires regular full download of the file, and parsing...
