Rafly Rayyaan Posted October 14, 2019 at 09:29 AM Posted October 14, 2019 at 09:29 AM There's an issue where my Standalone client automatically disconnects after some minutes. Any idea how to fix it?
Chris Pawley Posted October 14, 2019 at 09:31 AM Posted October 14, 2019 at 09:31 AM We have removed the connection restrictions and Audio for VATSIM is now available for everyone but will remain in a monitoring state until 2000z on Monday. You may experience disconnects and other abnormalities as we continue to tweak the update to our servers.Image may contain: text Is it consistently after a certain amount of time, or randomly? Rafly Rayyaan Posted October 14, 2019 at 09:41 AM Author Posted October 14, 2019 at 09:41 AM It's consistent to disconnect after certain amount of time, the time amount differs slightly from time to time, but it will disconnect. Chris Pawley Posted October 14, 2019 at 09:48 AM Posted October 14, 2019 at 09:48 AM Hi Rafly Can you monitor the CPU load and spot if this goes to a particularly high value before disconnection? Can you post here your debugs.txt file (in the Audio for VATSIM folder in your computer - for me that is at C:\AudioForVATSIM) You can create more logs by downloading https://www.dropbox.com/s/whfkbcodrxkfs6u/NLog.zip?dl=0 and placing it in the directory with your AudioforVATSIM.exe Rgds Chris. There's no unusual CPU activity on the disconnection, consuming 2.5% +- 0.5% of the total CPU capacity. It's been about 30 minutes without any disconnection so far, I'll report when there's any.
