Jim Dalgleish Posted October 15, 2019 at 05:57 AM Posted October 15, 2019 at 05:57 AM Greetings, First off, great program! Works a treat! The only problem I am having with xPilot is that the aircraft are all consistently partially sunken below the ground (see attached pics). I was under the impression that there would be new code to "stick" the aircraft to the ground. Requested Log Files: http://www.stocktondigital.com/jpegs/X-Plane/xPilot/NetworkLog-20191014222312.log http://www.stocktondigital.com/jpegs/X-Plane/xPilot/PluginLog-20191014222313.log I am using the Bluebell CSL files for this with xPilot v1.1.0.1. Any ideas? Thanks, Jim

Justin Shannon Posted October 15, 2019 at 01:04 PM Posted October 15, 2019 at 01:04 PM To correct this, you will need to install the Bluebell vertical offsets. Controller (C3), Los Angeles ARTCC Developer: xPilot, vATIS
Tim Simpson Posted October 15, 2019 at 03:53 PM Posted October 15, 2019 at 03:53 PM Is there a good tutorial out there to show how to do this?
Tom Szczypinski Posted October 15, 2019 at 04:14 PM Posted October 15, 2019 at 04:14 PM Download the vertical offset file from here. Then export the zip file into where you have the CSL package, and you should be good to go. Jim Dalgleish Posted October 16, 2019 at 12:08 AM Author Posted October 16, 2019 at 12:08 AM Great! That seems to have worked on everything except the GA aircraft. Is this just going to be a limitation of the IVAO offset package or is there something else that I can do? Thanks, Jim BTW, it might be a great idea to include the IVAO offset install with your docomeentation since I would never have thought VATSIM would use an IVAO specific file. Daniel Mckee Posted October 16, 2019 at 01:13 AM Posted October 16, 2019 at 01:13 AM For anyoneusing IVAO Offset files, would you please check your Log.Txt file and advice me if you have P[Mod - Happy Thoughts] errors plese?
Jim Dalgleish Posted October 16, 2019 at 02:44 AM Author Posted October 16, 2019 at 02:44 AM I'm [Mod - Happy Thoughts]uming you're referring to the "Log.txt" file in the root folder of X-Plane? Here it is, but I didn't find any p[Mod - Happy Thoughts] errors in it; http://www.stocktondigital.com/jpegs/X-Plane/xPilot/Log.txt And here are the other files from the same session if they are of any use (of note, this is from the updated v1.1.0.2); http://www.stocktondigital.com/jpegs/X-Plane/xPilot/NetworkLog-20191015165423.log http://www.stocktondigital.com/jpegs/X-Plane/xPilot/PluginLog-20191015165423.log Thanks, Jim
Daniel Mckee Posted October 17, 2019 at 01:15 AM Posted October 17, 2019 at 01:15 AM Thanks Jim. I have been sent a xsb_aircraft.txt file from another member specifically for BB_Boeing aircraft modified with IVAO Vert Offsets and I have installed it. That member like yourself has no errors in the Log.Txt file. I still have P[Mod - Happy Thoughts] Errors showing up in my Log.Txt as per file attached. I am starting to think that the errors are Warnings only and that the CSL's do in fact work but who knows!! I might give up simming and go play bowls PS: I only get the p[Mod - Happy Thoughts] warnings when I have the IVAO Vert Offsets installed and I have proofm read my file against the other file. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1c8E5xVHS_QJhcZ0Qr-EN9A-xOjvHCRr9/view?usp=sharing
