Nicholas Tarasek 1361364 Posted October 15, 2019 at 04:52 PM Posted October 15, 2019 at 04:52 PM (edited) For the past 24h I've been getting the same error as soon as I try to connect with vPilot. I am on version 2.4.0 and using P3D V4.5. Error connecting to voice server: Connect failed (Unauthorized - {"type":"https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7235#section-3.1","title":"Unauthorized","status":401,"traceId":"|7a902586-45f9b45deb5526a9."}) All my credentials are correct, my account has not been reactivated recently, and I've tried all of the servers but to no avail. I am unable to find any solution at this time and it is getting quite frustrating not being able to use the new voice servers. Gary Oliver Posted October 15, 2019 at 05:03 PM Posted October 15, 2019 at 05:03 PM Hi, Did you try my suggestion in another thread to ensure you are entering your p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word in the correct CaSe ? The old FSD servers are not case sensitive, but the AFV ones are... Thanks and Good Luck! Gary AFV Lead
Nicholas Tarasek 1361364 Posted October 15, 2019 at 05:25 PM Author Posted October 15, 2019 at 05:25 PM It seems that I was inevitably the problem. I did see the post about the p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word being case sensitive and was sure I was entering it in correctly as I used the same combination as when I usually file a flightplan (or so I though), however upon looking up my p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word just to be sure it turns out that I was capitalising the wrong letter. Whoops All is good now, thanks for your help!
