I never had this issue before, even during the beta test everything worked fine. Logitech launched a new program/drivers called "Logitecg G HUB". Once I install that issue fixed. I got it to work if I open vPilot first and then P3D (before I usually loaded the flight first and opened vPilot then). So maybe something in my P3D (still running P3D v4.5 Hotfix 1) is causing this.
